Carly found the practice of yoga in her early 20s, during the transition into adulthood. At the time, it was something to help relieve and manage stress, as well as a way to stay active. While that still holds true, yoga has become much more than that for Carly. It’s evolved into a practice of self discovery and transformation, and she firmly believes that yoga will change your life if you let it
Carly received her 200 RYT certification from Active Sol Yoga in 2015. Yoga has, and still is, helping Carly become the best version of herself, and she hopes to inspire her students to do the same. Her teaching is rooted in three core values - gratitude, kindness and thoughtfulness. She believes in the power of intention and awareness, and helps show students that the lessons they learn on the mat directly relate to their daily lives.
Her classes include creative sequencing and modifications to offer students the opportunity to figure out what works best for their body.
Outside of the studio, Carly can be found exploring - in Atlanta and across the globe
