We will be spending 30 minutes warming the body up with gentle yoga (asana) then settling into savasana for a 30 minute guided meditation experience. Yoga nidra guides the mind through the physical body allowing for extreme relaxation and a complete reset of the nervous system. By far the best hour you can spend for mind/body self care!
